HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 250 skilled employees who now need reinforcement. We are looking for a property caretaker for a summer substitute position in Örnsköldsvik during weeks 28-31.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a property caretaker with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks mainly involve the maintenance of internal and external property environments.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance, cleaning, and gardening is desirable. Education in technical management and experience with tractors is advantageous. In the position of property caretaker, you are required to have computer skills, to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and to have a B driver's license.

Personal qualities

In the role of property caretaker, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as accuracy, responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver with high quality. The work requires you to be self-driven, structured, and enjoy planning your work and your workday. You should be able to work both independently and in a team.
