JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Latberget's ice rink and Kramfors IP. Working hours include shift work during the autumn and winter season at Latberget's ice rink and daytime work during the spring and summer season at Kramfors IP. The work as a caretaker requires collaboration with the sports community and other stakeholders, and our goal is to provide the best possible conditions for associations to practice their sports. You will be part of a team that collectively works on the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of several of Kramfors Municipality's sports facilities and outdoor environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have experience as a caretaker/property service or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and social competence. You should be accustomed to working independently and in a team. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Familiarity with computer work is desirable. Knowledge and experience in control and regulation technology, as well as experience from similar jobs and association activities, are meritorious. The work requires good physical condition.
