Kubikenborg Aluminium AB is Sweden's only producer of primary aluminum and is one of the largest industrial companies in Sundsvall. The factory was built in 1942 and we have the capacity to produce 130,000 tons of aluminum per year. The final product, which consists of ingots, is delivered to pressing and rolling mills across Europe. Kubal currently has 460 employees.

We are looking for a qualified electrician, with at least a high school diploma. Experience or education in process technology, automation, or electrical power is an advantage. You have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing and/or the process industry. Experience as a Safety Leader/Connection Leader/Connection Assistant HSP and working with transformers and rectifiers is required.

You are accustomed to working preventively and have a quality-focused approach. As a person, you are service-oriented, proactive, and flexible. You are driven to develop both yourself and the company and have good collaboration skills. Good physical ability is required for the position, as the work may involve working at heights. Being meticulous, problem-solving, and good at identifying opportunities and improvements are highly valued traits.

Good communication skills are essential, both in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

We expect you to have good computer skills.

Main responsibilities:

· Carry out maintenance work regarding preventive and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently, e.g., installation of electrical equipment and repairs throughout the factory area.

· Work with 5S to maintain good order and cleanliness in the work area.

· Professionally perform equipment installation.

· Work with the Maintenance System with reporting according to work order flow.

· Actively participate in root cause analysis.

· Be part of the company's regular emergency preparedness organization for Power.

The position is full-time and during daytime hours.

Location: Sundsvall

The position reports to the head of Electrical Power.
