As early as the mid-1800s, machine felt was produced in Halmstad. Since then, years have passed, companies have disappeared, others have branched off and changed names. Today's Nordifa is the only Nordic manufacturer of technical textiles that has a complete production chain from fiber to finished function within its walls. Customers are found in a variety of fields - process industries worldwide, manufacturing industries that assemble Nordifa components in their products, as well as world-renowned furniture designers.

Nordifa has an annual turnover of 110 million and we have 60 employees. Since December 18, 2024, the Sporda Nonwoven unit has also been included in the group with a turnover of 45 million.

We are looking for an employee for our logistics department. Transport and delivery of goods are seen as a significant part of our products. The person we are looking for has an important role and is directly involved in the company's efficiency and results.

We believe that you are a person who thrives in a position with many balls in the air. The position involves a lot of communication between different functions within the company.

Job responsibilities:

Daily, you will work with booking transports and have contact with our carriers. Continuous delivery monitoring and registration of incoming orders are also part of the job responsibilities.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in a similar role and are comfortable communicating with carriers. You should have good computer skills and be proficient with email and phone without any issues. Some communication may occur in English, and additional languages are a plus. Part of the job involves customs handling, so if you have that experience, we consider it an advantage. You should have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. During certain periods, there may be a lot to do, and it is important that you can handle a high pace. Of course, you are flexible and have the ability to solve problems independently. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.

We work in the business system Pyramid, so knowledge of this system is valuable.

The position is a permanent employment.
