Property Coordinator at Varbergs Bostad

About the Role

As a property coordinator at Varbergs Bostad, you will have a broad and varied role focusing on tenant contact, administration, and property management. The tasks are diverse and include performing apartment inspections, receiving maintenance requests, handling ongoing tenant issues, managing key handling, reviewing and coding invoices, ordering maintenance and options, area supervision with a focus on NKI, and liaising with contractors and suppliers. You will work closely with property managers and the property manager, supporting them in their daily work, and you will become an important administrative resource within the management department.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A minimum of a high school education, preferably with a focus on property management or similar.
• Experience in customer contact, for example in customer service, the property industry, or service professions.
• Good administrative skills and experience in case management.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.
• A valid driver's license, as travel is required for the job.
• Experience in the property industry is an advantage.

You can identify what needs to be done and take responsibility for implementation in a structured, analytical, and meticulous way. You enjoy working with people, have high social competence, and a positive attitude.
