Job Description

Are you a skilled mechanical designer with a passion for innovative design and precision? Do you want to work with market-leading products in the metal industry? Then you are the one we are looking for! We are seeking a mechanical designer for a prominent company in the metal industry, known for its high quality and innovation. You will work on everything from small precision components to large structural solutions.

As a mechanical designer, you will develop and design mechanical components and systems using Inventor. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design meets both functional and manufacturing requirements. You will also conduct technical analyses and contribute to improvements of existing products. Responsibility for documentation and technical drawings in accordance with the company's standards and quality requirements is also included. Additionally, you will participate in projects from concept to finished product, including prototype development and testing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in mechanics or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience. You should have at least three years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the metal industry, and good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor as well as experience working in a CAD environment. Experience with manufacturing techniques such as welding, machining, and surface treatment is also important. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
