About the role:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects within the high voltage area for AIS or GIS transformer stations. The work is flexible and can be performed remotely, for example, from one of IC Energy's offices in Mölndal, Varberg, or Oskarshamn.

You will:

• Plan and drive projects from start to finish with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure that all deliveries meet customer specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to create efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Review and approve technical specifications and select components.
• Be the main contact for technical questions towards customers.

You will also actively work to optimize project deliveries and contribute to effective resource utilization. If necessary, you will also participate in bidding work.

Your profile:

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or +15 years for a senior role.
• Solid knowledge in secondary/primary design of transformer stations.
• Experience with Svenska Kraftnäts or Vattenfall's electrical distribution stations.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Engineering degree, preferably in electrical power.
• Experience with complex projects in transmission and distribution.
