District Nurse Wanted for Our Health Center in Sköndal

Responsibilities:

As a district nurse, you will:

• Work with health care, such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, and chronic illnesses.
• Work in the Take Care journal system.
• Prescribe free consumables and medications.
• Participate in efforts to improve patient flows and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible care.
• Work closely with both patients and their relatives to create long-term and sustainable care relationships.
• Participate in quality work and development projects to improve the health center's methods and results.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

• Is a licensed district nurse.
• Has experience working in primary care.
• Has good collaboration skills and is used to working in teams.
• Has a structured approach to work and is confident in making decisions.
• Is flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
