About the role:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Talangbron, you will have a dynamic and varied role where you:

• Coach and develop our pharmacy consultants to ensure the highest quality in our services.
• Recruit new pharmacists to our growing team and build long-term relationships within the industry.
• Work as a pharmacy consultant on-site with our clients, giving you insight into their needs and strengthening collaboration.

This combined role offers great flexibility and personal responsibility, allowing you to influence both your own and the company's development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with solid experience in the profession.
• Has an extensive network within pharmacy and is passionate about creating new contacts.
• Has documented leadership experience, preferably as a pharmacy manager.
• Has worked as a pharmacy consultant and enjoys working in various environments.
