• Period: April 7 – June 15, 2025
• Scope: Full-time (38.25 h/week), according to schedule
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend shifts may occur

Your responsibilities

✔ Perform health and medical care interventions in ordinary housing

✔ Medical assessments, medication management, and follow-up of interventions

✔ Collaboration with other professionals within municipal healthcare

✔ Documentation according to applicable guidelines and laws

Who are we looking for?

✅ Licensed nurse

✅ Experience in home healthcare is an advantage

✅ At least 1 year of professional experience as a nurse

✅ Good ability to work independently and in a team

✅ Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

✅ Driving license B is a requirement
