Nurse Summer 2025 – Flexible Fixed-Term Employment

This is how we work

As a nurse in the mobile team, you will have a varied job that involves staffing and supporting different operations within Säbo/home care/LSS/social psychiatry in health care issues during the day and during on-call hours to strengthen HSL presence and ensure patient safety in our various units. Your workplace may vary, and you will support the operations during daytime and on-call hours, i.e., evenings, nights, and weekends.

• SÄBO

Working hours:

• Daytime
• Evening
• Night
• Weekend, day/night

We have many fantastic employees who take well-deserved vacations during the summer, and we need You to hold the fort during that time! We staff SÄBO units as well as LSS and Social Psychiatry. To cover our LSS units, you need to have a driver's license, also to be able to work on-call.

We are passionate about quality of life for our clients, and patient safety must be continuous throughout the year.

We work with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, where you also make assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, have professional experience, and an interest in elderly care/LSS/social psychiatry.

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and communicative, with the ability to prioritize. You have a good willingness to collaborate and thrive in a flexible job, sometimes with a high tempo, where one day is often not like the other. You possess a high degree of adaptability as you will support several different operations and have contact with many different employees in Attendo's operations in the area you work in. You have the ability to make independent decisions and act in acute situations. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for our clients together with your colleagues.

You need to master Swedish in speech and writing and have a good ability to/documentation experience.

About the recruitment process
