About us

Södra Larm is the heart of Hotel Flora, a vibrant boutique hotel located at Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg. With 71 unique hotel rooms, Flora Workspace, a lounge, and our bistro with space for 80 diners, an inviting bar, and outdoor seating, we offer a place where guests can meet, enjoy, and be inspired. Our restaurant has been an integral part of Gothenburg's food scene since its opening in the autumn of 2021.

About the role

We are expanding our kitchen team and are now looking for a dedicated chef who wants to create memorable taste experiences for our guests. With us, you will have:

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years of experience as a chef and a burning interest in both food and people
Thrives in a dynamic environment where collaboration with colleagues is key
Has a strong sense of taste, detail, and presentation - and loves to exceed guests' expectations
Is curious and enjoys testing new ideas and techniques while respecting the classics
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to jump in where needed - we are a tight team where everyone helps each other
