Role Description:

As a Production Manager, you will work closely with both the Factory Manager and Transport Management, Maintenance, and Operations staff. You are expected to prioritize the most important actions in accordance with the agreed goals regarding safety, quality, budget, and timelines. You will plan long-term work together with the factory manager, lead and develop the factory, and exercise good leadership in accordance with the company's policy.

You are responsible for leading daily production and ensuring that the factory operates cost-effectively with a focus on sustainability.

You are responsible for ensuring that operations comply with laws and regulations and that the factory produces according to set goals for quality and quantity.

You find it easy to work with others and have the ability to engage and motivate your employees. You are communicative and can clearly convey instructions and information. You are social and helpful and ensure that work teams have the right conditions to perform at their best. You have good leadership that shares the company's values and are self-driven, responsible, and meticulous, which is evident in your drive and your constant strive to meet deadlines.

You are a person who values order and structure and enjoy being the spider in the web where you have an overview. You are structured, goal-oriented, resourceful, and take your own initiatives within given frameworks.

Konvex AB is an important part of Swedish animal production and operates according to nature's conditions. The business processes and refines animal by-products from Swedish agriculture and slaughterhouses. Our vision is to transform waste products into valuable resources and thereby contribute to a more sustainable world.

Konvex AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daka Denmark A/S, which in turn is owned by the German family business Saria SE & Co. KG. Konvex has 36 employees working at production facilities in Kävlinge and Karlskoga or at the headquarters in Lidköping.

Konvex AB is a co-owner of Svensk Lantbrukstjänst AB together with Swedish Meat Companies.

Svensk Lantbrukstjänst AB operates throughout Sweden and collects animal by-products, performs euthanasia, and retrieves deceased animals from the country's livestock breeders. The company also conducts necropsy transports of animals to the country's necropsy sites.
