We are looking for someone who wants to help develop home care services and provide the best care for our clients.

In your role as a nursing assistant with us, you contribute your knowledge and increase the quality of care for our clients through professional and good interactions. The Health and Care Administration in Ronneby municipality has a visionary approach and strives for continuous development and quality improvement. Ronneby home care consists of ten home care groups and a night patrol that works across all areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your personal qualities are important to us, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and has a professional approach towards everyone you meet. You have the ability to independently and collaboratively plan and structure daily work with colleagues and clients. Furthermore, you have the ability to respect decisions made and contribute to the development of the business and a good working environment.

We are looking for someone with education in health and care, for example, a 3-year Care Program, Health and Care Education (KomVux) or equivalent. You must have received a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare to meet the needs of the business for a permanent care contact.

To be considered for a position within the Health and Care Administration in Ronneby municipality, a criminal record extract must be presented. The form to be used is called "Extract for work at HVB homes." The normal processing time is up to two weeks. Please remember to order the extract in good time.
