Our goal is to give people the opportunity to pawn their valuables instead of taking risky personal loans.

The company was founded in 2023 by two young entrepreneurs with support from prominent investors such as Pär Svärdson (Apotea), Fabian Bengtsson (Netonnet and Resurs Bank), and Anders Wall (Beijer). In a short time, we have grown rapidly and become a leading player in revolutionizing the financial market by offering a better, safer, and more sustainable alternative.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will have varied tasks within both telemarketing and customer service.

You will:

• Make calls to contact new and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Manage our automated valuation of movable property.
• Perform some picking and packing of goods in our logistics center.
• Contribute to creating a positive customer experience and provide quick and professional service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication skills and enjoys talking to people.
• Finds sales and customer contact exciting and fun.
• Is self-motivated and enjoys taking a lot of initiative.
• Has a strong drive and enjoys reaching set goals.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience in telemarketing or customer service with documented results is an advantage but not a requirement. We value your personality and your willingness to grow with us.
