Your Responsibilities

We are looking for driven and goal-oriented B2B salespeople who want to help build a successful business in IT and telecom solutions, including some hardware for our client in Västerås. You have a good understanding of business and can strategically develop your customer relationships. There is an opportunity to grow into a Key Account Manager role.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has previous experience selling via phone and/or in-person meetings with companies, but the right attitude and drive can compensate for a lack of experience. Phone anxiety does not exist in your world, and you have a natural ability to build relationships both over the phone and in person. You are driven & independent and take responsibility for your sales, follow up on leads, and work results-oriented. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are motivated by reaching and exceeding your goals. A driver's license (B) is an advantage as the position may involve customer visits. The role also requires experience working with CRM systems and good digital competence. Additionally, fluency in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is expected.
