The job consists of selling kitchens on existing frames or completely new kitchens in Västmanland, Örebro, or Sörmland depending on your place of residence and local knowledge.

We conduct home visits where we tailor a smart kitchen renovation together with the customer. After 5-6 weeks, the installer will come and set up the kitchen, which usually takes just one day. You are responsible for the entire sales process with a support team that assists you. As a salesperson at Norddesign Kök, you help your customers find the best solution for their kitchen. You work according to your own planning, where you can plan your activities and efforts to find your own customers.

Qualifications

You need to be driven, creative, and outgoing. What will be decisive if you are the right person is your willingness, attitude, and personal drive. As a person, you easily understand the customer's needs with a cheerful demeanor and enjoy providing service to individuals of various ages. It is important that you are responsible, meticulous, and social. You have a good understanding of sales and are driven by making deals, but you are also happy when a colleague succeeds. If you are a driven person, you have good opportunities as a salesperson with us. We value personal qualities higher than experience in the field.

The requirement to succeed in the role of salesperson at Norddesign Kök is that you have:

* A valid driver's license (access to your own car with a towbar during the 6-month probationary period).

* Good Swedish speaking and writing skills, additional languages are a plus.

The job suits you if you want a free and flexible job under your own responsibility. It is essential to be disciplined enough to manage it. You work from home and plan your activities to achieve the best results. You report to the sales manager.

About the employer

We are Närkekök AB and are retailers for NorddesignKök in the Örebro / Västmanland area and surrounding regions. We have an office in Örebro but sell throughout the area. Everyone works from their home, allowing us to provide good service to customers wherever they live in our area.

Much has happened since the start in 1980 when Norddesign had the idea of replacing doors instead of ripping out the entire kitchen. We manufacture custom doors from scratch to achieve the best quality.

In these times, many are renovating their kitchens.

We perform smart kitchen renovations, replacing kitchens on existing frames, such as doors, drawers, and handles. We also replace countertops, sinks, splashbacks, etc. Our head office and manufacturing are located in Falkenberg, but we operate throughout Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Currently, we manufacture over 100 kitchens a week. The product range has developed as functionality and design have become increasingly important to our customers.
