About the Position

• Consulting assignment via Lernia Staffing (temporary employment)
• Full-time
• Daytime
• Work location Uppsala

As a customer service representative at Anticimex, you have an advisory role where you assist customers by providing information and guidance to resolve their issues. The work is primarily conducted via phone, where you answer questions, provide support, and ensure that the customer receives the best possible service. Some handling of customer cases via email may occur.

Your tasks include managing and following up on customer cases, providing professional advice, and receiving and handling customer feedback. You will work administratively and use various data systems to document cases and ensure that customers receive the right assistance.

The assignment is a temporary employment that lasts approximately from May/June to August.

About You

We especially welcome those with good knowledge in administration, feedback, and customer support to apply for the position, and we also appreciate experience in service, administrative work, and customer service. If you have experience in similar work and are proficient in languages other than Swedish and English, we consider it an advantage.

Formal Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills

• Some industry experience
