Key Account Manager Retail
We are Sweden's mobility bank accelerating the transition to smarter travel and transport. Our innovative banking and payment services make the transition to future mobility as quick and easy as possible. By steering our offerings in the right direction, we help our customers switch to cleaner vehicles and new modes of transport.
Our role is to enable more people to drive electric cars and trucks, but also to offer more options such as car pools, public transport, and mixed mobility for shorter trips.
To succeed, we are experts in several vehicle types and transport options. We collaborate with numerous brands that can contribute to a faster transition in various ways. We do this under the name Ziklo, which symbolizes and clarifies our focus on sustainable mobility solutions. But also through strong brands like Volvofinans and CarPay, to ultimately contribute as much as we can to a more sustainable society.
We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Key Account Manager Retail who wants to build strong customer relationships and contribute to our continued growth. With us, you will have a key role where you are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our important retailers.
About the role
As Key Account Manager Retail, you will have primary responsibility for collaboration with a number of our Retail partners and be the primary contact into the Bank. You will represent the entire Bank's range of products and services with support from the respective business area. You will ensure sales through partner products and services in the form of end-customer financing B2B and C2C, payment solutions, and loyalty programs. The portfolio also includes products and services in the form of inventory credits, demo financing, and flows for purchasing used cars. You will work closely with the partners' management team and ensure they receive the best possible support and opportunity to develop their business profitably, efficiently, and in sales with our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, following up, motivating, and planning the work ahead with our retailers and you are a strategic key person. You will be heavily involved in business development, marketing activities, training, and driving sales.
In your daily work, you and the KAM team in the Retail Business Area will collaborate closely with the Business Areas Payment, Fleet, as well as the departments CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Tech & Innovation, and Business Control and Credit. You report to the Head of Sales Retail.
Some of your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for a number of partners regarding the bank's entire offering.
- Plan, set goals, and follow up on partnerships and the implementation of activities to meet or exceed our set sales targets.
- Ensure that each partner has good knowledge of the value of our offering and works in the best way to reach its full potential in all areas.
- Active in business dialogue and negotiation.
- Identify and develop new business and partnerships.
- Ensure the collection of market analysis and feedback from partners and customers to continuously develop our products and services.
- Participate and be active in internal development projects.
About you
You are driven by sales and development, preferably with experience in project management. You are a natural relationship builder and quickly establish contact with all types of people – both internally within the organization and in our partnerships. With innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic height, you constantly see new opportunities in our collaborations, products, and services. You enjoy working in teams and deliver according to set goals. You are flexible and feel a strong ownership for the deliveries you are responsible for. If you have experience in car financing, general agency, fintech, or the retail sector, it is a plus but not a requirement.
You are driven, passionate, and of course, you love sales in all its forms, but we also believe that you enjoy collaboration, are unpretentious, and understand the importance of working with multiple teams and creating conditions for developing together.

- Structured and used to coordinating parallel activities.
- Well-versed in how a sales organization utilizes data-driven insights for quick and good decisions and thus has a fundamental analytical understanding.
- Good at setting up Business Cases and creating good decision-making bases for prioritization.
- Have relevant education and have worked in similar roles for a few years.
- Have basic knowledge of business economics and can interpret results and balance sheets.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Swedish and English).
- Value-driven and think it is important to have a strong corporate culture.
- The ability to create relationships and trust for you as a person.
