Purchasing Assistant

As a Purchasing Assistant with us, you will work closely with the Product Manager, Buyers, and other Purchasing Assistants to ensure that we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for offering the industry's most attractive assortment for families!

In this exciting role, your focus will be on the ordering process and master data. You will have a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to the development of purchasing work at Jollyroom. Our goal is to become the best in Europe when it comes to assortment, and you will play a key role in achieving that!

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will work with:

• Ongoing order placement and delivery monitoring
• Importing product data into our business system SAP
• Ensuring updates of master data
• Answering questions from other departments as well as from external suppliers regarding the products
• Supporting Buyers in ongoing work

We hope that you as a Purchasing Assistant:

• Are goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaborating
• Have a strong administrative ability
• Are quick on the keyboard
• Have good knowledge of Excel
• Like numbers and are driven by sales
• Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish

Knowledge of SAP, QlikSense, Inriver, and Litium is an advantage. An education or background in a relevant field is also meritorious.
