As a production engineer, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing production, with a particular focus on cleanroom production. Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving production disruptions.
• Development and improvement of production processes for increased efficiency and quality.
• Working on continuous improvements within production, methods, and flows.
• Optimizing facility and production layout for better workflows.
• Developing and adapting fixtures and tools to facilitate production.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person with strong adaptability and a keen interest in change management. You are communicative, proactive, and have the ability to humbly drive through changes. We are looking for someone who not only sees challenges but also solutions and has the ability to explain the purpose of change in an inspiring way. As part of the team, you have a holistic view of both ongoing and upcoming projects and act as a representative towards project managers and other internal stakeholders. You have a strong interest in manufacturing processes and understand the importance of relevant manufacturing principles. The business system used at Saab is IFS, and previous experience working in this system is a plus. Requirements for the position:

• Experience in manufacturing and/or production engineering/product development.
• Knowledge of CAD programs such as Creo or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
