The work involves

The Courts Administration is seeking an engaged and goal-oriented administrator who is good at driving, following up on administrative plans, and leading administrative projects. With us, leadership, employee participation, clarity, structure, and order are some of the cornerstones of successful administration.

You will be part of an administrator group where you will participate in administrative meetings, follow up on energy reporting, drive smaller projects, and maintain contact with landlords and users.

We are looking for someone who has

• Higher vocational education as a property manager, education as a technical manager, or other education/experience that we assess as relevant
• Extensive experience in building management, preferably from public service
• Knowledge and experience in building processes and project planning
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field
• Experience and knowledge of procurement according to LOU

It is important that you have the ability to work independently, plan your work, and maintain good structure and order. You are communicative, attentive, and outgoing, and you find it easy to collaborate and build relationships with both the organization and property owners.

To provide good support to the Swedish Courts and its more than 80 independent authorities, high customer orientation is crucial for creating good relationships and trust in the department's operations. You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner based on our processes with great decisiveness.

Who are we?

The Local Unit consists of 16 employees working as project managers, interior project managers, property managers, economists, and property lawyers. We are one of three units in the property department. Our mission is to be responsible for the Swedish Courts' local supply, which includes leasing as well as renovation, extension, and new construction of court facilities.

The employment is a permanent full-time position. A probationary period may be applied. The position is based in Jönköping. Travel within Sweden is included in your employment, which is why a B driver's license is required.
