Responsibilities and Duties

As a Junior LSA Engineer, you will belong to the Logistic Support Analysis team (LSA), where you will work closely with experienced colleagues and other departments within both development and customer projects. The role involves analyzing and verifying that the products meet the reliability and maintainability requirements set by both the customer and the user. It is a central role in the product lifecycle – from requirements and design to maintenance and further development. You will, among other things:

Participate in requirements and design work in ongoing development projects
Perform analyses regarding reliability, maintainability, and support strategies
Contribute to the selection of spare parts and maintenance solutions
Work cross-functionally with several technical areas
Influence and improve working methods and processes within LSA

Requirements:

Engineering degree in mechanics, product development, or logistics
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Previous experience in LSA/ILS
Experience in a similar technical role or work in mechanics
Familiarity with work in technical development projects
