As a team leader and electronics engineer with us, you will lead the team's daily operations and participate in development work. You will work in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. You will have a role with high technical depth and great variety, participating in projects that span the entire development cycle, from design and implementation to verification and validation.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a background in electronics who wants to combine technical work with leadership. You have experience in circuit board design, simulation, schematic drawing, documentation, and component selection.

You have a natural ability to inspire and engage your colleagues and thrive in a role where you can coach and develop others. You are motivated by collaboration and are passionate about technology, thriving in agile environments and communicating fluently in Swedish and English.
