About the Role

As a Development Engineer/Machine Designer with us, you will:

• Drive development projects based on our roadmap.
• Develop machine projects from the idea stage to a finished concept.
• Adapt and further develop existing machines and create solutions for entire facilities or individual machines.
• Create procurement documentation and maintain close contact with suppliers.
• Collaborate in project form with colleagues in automation, electrical design, project management, production, and marketing.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in mechanics, design, and development.
• Understanding of automation and a strong technical interest.
• Documented experience in developing and implementing new technical solutions.
• Innovative and business-minded thinking with the ability to find cost-effective design solutions.
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD, Office Suite, and business systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We prefer that you have a relevant education in mechanics or automation, but we value experience more than formal education. A background in machine design or similar is an advantage.
