We are looking for you who have a nursing degree from a country other than Sweden and who is currently studying to apply for Swedish nursing licensure.

The Department of Psychiatry, Habilitation, and Aids (PHoH) is one of the health and medical care administrations in Region Skåne. The department includes publicly operated psychiatry as well as habilitation, vision, hearing, and deaf services, youth clinics, and aids throughout Skåne.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will receive a thorough introduction with an assigned mentor, individual shadowing, and time for reflection, tailored to your previous experiences. We offer an opportunity to introduce you to the Swedish healthcare system and provide insight into Swedish psychiatric care. The work involves close collaboration with your colleagues from various professional categories, where you support each other and benefit from each other's diverse competencies.

The job responsibilities include care, practical interventions, and administrative tasks, where ethics and the equal value of all people form the foundation of our work. Your role includes participating in the routines surrounding care, conversations, and support for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a nurse with a degree from a country other than Sweden. You are studying Swedish at level B2/C1. Additionally, you have clinical experience as a nurse/specialist nurse in psychiatry from your home country.
