About the Position

Are you a structured and service-oriented person with good computer skills and an interest in logistics? Do you enjoy handling multiple tasks at the same time?

We are now looking for a driven and responsible transport planner for upcoming full-time assignments during the summer. The position offers a training opportunity of 2-4 weeks before the summer season starts, where you will receive support from an experienced colleague. The training will be full-time, and you will be well-prepared to handle the various tasks throughout the summer.

Your Main Responsibilities

Working hours may vary during the day, evening, and night.

As a transport planner, you will be a key person in the planning and follow-up of our deliveries.

Day Shift:

• Monitor and follow up on deliveries.
• Plan deliveries for the next day.
• Handle inquiries from store support.
• Ensure that deliveries are carried out according to plan through careful follow-up.

Evening and Night Shift:

• Monitor and manage incoming calls and emails.
• Send bookings to external parties.
• Build and merge deliveries in TMS.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good computer skills.
• Has experience in transport planning.
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Is a social and communicative person who enjoys working in a team and has good collaboration skills.
• Has a service-oriented and solution-focused work approach.

Meritorious:

• Has good system knowledge and experience working in TMS and SAP.
• Has experience handling inquiries (ServiceNow).
