What does the role look like?

As a solution architect, you will have the opportunity to be involved throughout the entire process from pre-sales, feasibility studies, and project implementation to management. We work broadly within CRM / Customer Engagement and believe in the strength of each consultant having one or more areas where they have deepened their expertise. This ensures that there are always helpful colleagues available when we encounter challenges. Together, we cover almost all apps and areas within the Power Platform.

Who are you?

As a person, you enjoy taking on challenges and finding the best solution to a problem. You are accustomed to reassuring customers or clients with your expertise. As a team, it is important that we help each other spread knowledge, which you value. If you have previously held the role of consultant, we consider that an advantage but it is not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who;

• Has experience with Dynamics 365 CE apps as a functional consultant / solution architect. Experience with D365 Field Service is a plus but not required.
• Has experience with Power Apps & Power Automate. Technical knowledge of automation / integration / migration is advantageous.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
