Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Development Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Coordinate and lead the procurement of human samples together with two colleagues, ensuring availability for product development and quality control.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with external suppliers and partners.
• Search, compile, and analyze data using the internal laboratory data system.
• Manage incoming samples and ensure accurate registration in the database.
• Contribute to the team’s quality work and business development.

What you bring:

• University degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
• Strong collaboration skills with clear and effective communication.
• Reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Experience in procurement of biologicals, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Background in working within cross-functional environments.
• Experience in regulatory and quality-related activities and product development within life sciences.
• Knowledge of immunology, ISO standards, and IVD regulations is a plus.
