Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Production Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead feasibility studies and projects focused on process optimization, machine investments, workshop restructuring, and modernization of production facilities.
• Drive production-related projects in Finspång, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing competitiveness.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of capacity needs and economic feasibility for investments.
• Define technical requirements and specifications for new machinery, equipment, and production processes.
• Develop and review layouts for new installations and relocations to optimize production flow.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget, timelines, legal requirements, and performance targets.
• Prepare decision-making documents for the steering group and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance production efficiency and competitiveness.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in leading projects within process optimization, machine investments, and production development.
• Strong background in investment projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
