What does the role look like?

As a Finance Consultant, you will work on implementing, improving, or managing Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations for our clients. You will drive work related to accounting and financial processes, transforming requirements into concrete solutions to help clients utilize the system to its full potential. Often, you will be part of a larger delivery team with experts from various backgrounds. We believe in the strength of each consultant specializing in one or more areas, ensuring that there are always helpful colleagues available when problems arise.

You will have opportunities to influence your career and develop in areas such as solution architecture, pre-sales, or as a mentor and coach for younger colleagues. The role is hybrid, with the possibility of belonging to one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund, Eskilstuna, or Västerås.

Who are you?

As a person, you enjoy taking on challenges and take the initiative to find the best solution to a problem. We value experience working with clients or stakeholders and the ability to build trust through your expertise.

We are looking for someone who;

• Is well acquainted with accounting, financial principles, and financial processes.
• Has broad experience in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Has completed implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and transition to management.
• Has worked with pre-sales, requirements analysis, or estimation.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
