About the role of Superuser MDM

The role of Superuser MDM is for you who enjoy being the spider in the web with a strong sense of ownership and collaborating with several different contact points. You will handle system issues regarding measurement values and how these are managed in the MDM system where we handle measurement data. In addition to analyzing system problems, you will work proactively with the unit's team to find new solutions that increase our efficiency and quality. You will be part of the Development & Support team, and the role also involves collaboration with the other (2) teams in Energy Measurement. You play an important role as you are the point of contact for users regarding questions about incidents, updates, and developments of MDM.

You are a natural participant in projects and process initiatives for the requirements of new functionality. The role includes identifying, proposing, and testing new features before they are implemented in the production environment. You also test existing features to ensure good quality in the system and suggest improvements when necessary. Furthermore, you collaborate closely with various internal functions within Ellevio and external parties, where it is important to understand which functions and incidents should be prioritized based on outcomes.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role of Superuser MDM, we believe you have strong collaboration skills and can plan your work and complete ongoing activities. You have good adaptability, are curious, motivated to work on efficiency improvements, and dare to take new initiatives and question existing solutions. Furthermore, you see logic in various contexts and have the ability to consider both short-term and long-term strategies with the common goal in mind.

Formal requirements:

• Some years of work experience in testing system functionality
• Fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with the MDM system
• Experience in collecting, settling, and reporting measurement values
• Post-secondary studies with a relevant technical focus
