Our workplace:

Alvik Health Center is centrally located, close to the subway and tram in Alvik in Bromma. Our well-functioning clinic serves residents of different ages and stages of life. Together, we are about 70 employees working together at the health center. We are a positive and cheerful team and have a balanced economy.

Your responsibilities:

In our home healthcare team, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and a home healthcare doctor work together to plan and provide basic home healthcare for our patients. Between visits in our home healthcare, we travel by car, electric bike, or on foot. This is a position as a district nurse with the possibility of coordination assignments.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with further education as a District Nurse. You have several years of experience in the profession and are confident in your skills. Previous experience in primary care or home healthcare and the TakeCare journal system is advantageous.

Personal qualities:

We believe that you as a person are positive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You can and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment form:

Permanent employment. A probationary period may be applied. Full-time, part-time can be discussed if interested. Start date according to agreement.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

• registration control is applied before the decision on employment according to current guidelines.
• employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
• in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
