Care Assistant to Alvik's Care and Nursing Home

We invite you to our cozy and scenic residence at Danelvägen 11 in Alvik, which is 25 km from Luleå's city center. The residence has a total of 18 apartments with a view over the village.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a care assistant with us is varied, and you work to ensure that the users can live as dignified and independent a life as possible despite any disabilities and/or illnesses. You work in a team with various professional roles to provide the user with the best possible support based on their needs, resources, and opportunities according to PPP (practical professional planning).

Performing the work with quality is important to us and is something we actively work on. With the user in focus and supported by our common values, you work to develop well-planned and flexible solutions tailored to individual needs. Thus, you will work with personal care, mobilization and transfer, social support, and medication management.

Documentation is an important part of the work, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you should meet the following criteria:

Experience in care and nursing
Ability to present approved grades in Swedish at least equivalent to elementary school up to and including grade 9.
Good digital competence

It is an advantage if you are a trained care assistant or have ongoing training as a care assistant. As a person, you should be structured, confident, and solution-oriented.

If you do not live in the local area, you need to be able to get to work by your own car as the residence is located outside Luleå's local bus line area.
