We are looking for a new colleague to our reception! With us, you will work with scheduled visits for our patients! You will have a varied job that includes both administrative tasks and clinical work where no day is like the other, a job where many interdisciplinary collaborations take place. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. It is an advantage if you have experience in casting techniques, working with orthopedic patients, or reception work. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We work closely with patients and are looking for someone who is service-oriented, has a patient focus, is attentive, and aware of others' needs. Furthermore, you are a person who takes great responsibility, is accommodating, and solution-focused. As a person, you have a flexible approach, you enjoy working in a team but also independently.

This is what you will work with

With us, you will rotate between different tasks. You will work closely with patients but also have close collaboration with various professions both within and outside the organization.

Your tasks include both practical and administrative duties. You will, among other things, prepare and assist during doctor appointments. Work in the casting room; which may involve physically demanding tasks. Booking/scheduling of patients and assistance during outpatient surgeries.

At the orthopedic clinic, you will become part of a skilled team that always supports and helps each other when needed. Since we rotate between tasks, no day is like the other, a varied job where we work both in teams and independently.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekdays. Start date is according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
