We need more nursing assistants - come and work with us at Postop.

At Postop, you will care for all operated patients at Sunderby Hospital. This includes both planned day surgery patients, inpatients, and emergency patients of all ages. We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in postoperative care and have worked as a nursing assistant for at least two years. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. You take responsibility for your tasks, structure your work, and work independently while valuing and recognizing the benefits of collaboration with others. You see the bigger picture and take into account the larger perspective. You express a positive attitude towards your work, the organization, and the operations.

 


What you will work with

Our department belongs to the AnOpIva clinic. The work in DKE/UVA/POP is varied and educational. Here you will meet patients of all ages with a wide variety of surgical procedures. We have all surgical specialties represented. At POP, patients who have undergone major surgery with a more demanding and longer postoperative course are cared for. We provide care around the clock, every day of the year. We also serve the entire hospital with, among other things, CVK insertions, which the nursing assistant assists with and takes care of together with the anesthesiologist.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are on a rotation of day/evening shifts. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
