Nurse at Kronan Care and Nursing Home

We are excited that you are interested in the position of nurse with us! We are looking for a new colleague for Kronan Care and Nursing Home who, together with a group of wonderful colleagues, wants to make a difference in people's daily lives. The facility is located at Krondalsvägen 47. We have 126 apartments, including a Finnish-speaking department and a meeting place.

We are conducting the selection process continuously, which means you may be called for an interview at short notice, and positions may be filled before the application deadline has passed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job as a nurse is varied and stimulating. You will have nursing responsibility for the patients in the facility. Your tasks include care planning, documentation, delegation, medication management, training, and supervision of staff and patients. Planned and unplanned home visits to patients also occur. You will work closely with various professional categories within the organization as well as with other healthcare providers.

Your working hours are according to a schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility of flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest and commitment to working with patients who have physical and mental disabilities. Furthermore, we seek someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• has a B driver's license
• has good medical competence
• has experience in supervising others

It is an advantage if you have specialist training in district nursing or elderly care. As a person, you are creative, stable, and cooperative. In this process, great emphasis is placed on personal competencies. We look forward to receiving your application!
