Are you a driven production engineer looking to work in a developing environment? Are you attracted to a varied job with significant influence over your daily work? Do you have a passion for solving technical issues and driving improvements?

We are growing and need to strengthen our organization with additional production engineers in machining. With great heart and commitment, you want to develop and improve our products and processes. You will belong to the production engineering department, an important link between design and production.

In our factory in Vindeln, we manufacture the Rototilt tiltrotator, electrical systems, and other accessories. The factory has processes for welding, machining primarily in steel and ductile iron, washing processes, painting, and assembly of mechanics, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Your main tasks will be:

• Critically review designs and processes concerning quality, safety, and cost, and continuously improve our processes through collaboration with designers, operators, and other engineers.
• Ensure process quality and work environment related to the refinement steps for which you are responsible.
• Create and develop methods related to programming and machining technology.
• Support daily operations in production.
• Independently and in groups, implement improvements and drive method development within machining.

• Develop calculations for improvement work and investments in production.

You will evaluate manufacturing methods, plan, and coordinate the introduction of new and modified items in production. In addition to product development and product maintenance issues, you will be involved in investment and efficiency projects. Automation will be an important part of our production development.

We believe you are a graduate engineer or have gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. Our machine park includes both 4- and 5-axis multi-operation machines with Siemens and Fanuc control systems, which are programmed with NX Cam (Siemens); experience in these systems is an advantage.

We are looking for a technically skilled person in machining who, with great commitment, wants to take our process to the next level. You are proactive and thrive in a varied job where you need to be driven, self-sufficient, structured, and responsible. The work is free and allows for strategic thinking, and you have the ability to prioritize when the workload and pace are high.
