JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking senior project managers at Linjemontage to strengthen our team in central and southern Sweden. You will work within the Transmission & Distribution business area where you will lead projects and participate in tender work focused on the main grid.

As a project manager, you will be technically and financially responsible for the delivery projects you manage. Your work will include project coordination, control, planning, procurement, and reporting to ensure the projects are executed regarding quality, time, and budget.

The role also includes tender work where you, together with the tender manager, will drive and manage customer and supplier contacts as well as calculations and submission of tenders.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management within the technical fields of electrical power or infrastructure projects. You are technically inclined and have a strong interest in issues related to electrical infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you need to understand the business and possess good planning and decision-making skills. As a person, you take work and performance seriously. You prioritize achieving goals and completing tasks in a structured manner. You also collaborate easily and can convey information clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally. Personal suitability is highly valued in the recruitment process.

Since Linjemontage operates throughout Sweden, we expect you to enjoy traveling for work.

You have a technical university degree and/or other relevant education and experience as assessed by the employer. You possess good knowledge of Office 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you have a good understanding of AB04 and ABT06. Knowledge of ESA, EBR, and AMA is considered an advantage. Experience in contracting and leading projects with responsibility for results and budget is something we value. You have the competence to plan, organize, and evaluate as well as to allocate tasks confidently. Your responsible and entrepreneurial mindset is evident, and you express yourself well both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. You have a B driver's license.
