We are looking for a project manager for real estate projects at Trafikverket in Skellefteå.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork. The assignment can be conducted remotely with exceptions for site visits.

The assignment and tasks

Lead a real estate project that includes the construction of a depot with the following functions; workshop, storage and maintenance halls, vehicle garage, wash hall, warm and cold storage, and staff areas. The project also includes a larger ground job.

• Ensure implementation based on conditions such as budget, resources, and timeline. • Be responsible for the project delivering on time and with the right quality and cost. • Operatively lead the project team in daily work and ensure delivery within given frameworks. • Report status and progress. • Plan and distribute tasks within the project. • Work with the project team to develop time estimates. • Build good relationships with the client, client representatives, project team, and steering group. • Ensure that the project has clear and feasible requirements.

The position is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, with the right quality, and at the right cost. The responsibility also includes creating good relationships within the project team and ensuring that Trafikverket's guidelines, processes, and working methods are followed. The position is responsible for leading the team and includes consideration of the social and physical work environment within the framework of the project's work. The position decides on actions, options, and resource use within the project's framework. Changes in conditions that risk the project's delivery are escalated.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

• University education, technical focus, at least 180 credits (120 credits), or equivalent knowledge. • Professional experience of at least 10 years in project management within similar real estate projects. • Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up. • Good negotiation skills and experience from the contracting industry.
