About the Position
As a Customer Service Representative within Consumer Contact at Orkla, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of the Nordic region's leading player in brands and concept solutions. During the summer of 2025, you will be the voice of the customer and the first point of contact for Orkla's consumers. You will work with well-known brands and have the opportunity to provide first-class service via phone, email, and social media. The position is a consulting assignment through Adecco that will take place during the summer of 2025, starting around Midsummer.
Responsibilities
- Handle complaints and other inquiries regarding several of Orkla's brands, both in Swedish and English
- Communicate with consumers through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
- Create and update Q&As, product information, campaign information, and other relevant information
- Present monthly reports for the Quality, Marketing, Communication, and Sales departments
- Act as the link between consumers and all of Orkla's departments, for example, by participating in meetings with various departments such as Marketing, Quality, and Communication
- Stay updated on products and product information
The work is conducted via phone, email, social media, and in the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics. There is close collaboration within the team where members help each other achieve common goals and share tips and challenges.
About You
- Have experience in a role where customer service has been central, e.g., as a customer service representative, salesperson, receptionist, or similar
- Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in spoken and written form
- You need to have good computer skills and the ability to handle inquiries in various types of business systems and channels

We are now looking for a customer service representative on behalf of Orkla, who will belong to the Consumer Contact department. The department consists of five employees who answer questions regarding all of Orkla's companies. Consumer Contact receives approximately 35,000 inquiries per year, mainly via phone, Facebook, and email.
Orkla is located in Solna and has incredibly bright, fresh, and newly renovated premises to stimulate your creativity and provide energy. The office is activity-based, allowing flexibility regarding workspaces. Through brand magnets, you gain a sense of belonging and attraction in the office landscape to the brands/departments you work with.
