Täby Centrum Doktorn is a large, stable, and well-functioning healthcare center next to Täby Centrum with 21,700 registered patients. It is important for us to provide care with high quality, good accessibility, excellent service, and a friendly approach. We care about the working environment of all employees.

The home care and district nurse group consists of 18 people, including district nurses, registered nurses, and nursing assistants.

We are now looking for an engaged and flexible nurse/district nurse for our home care during the summer of 2025. We see that you are independent and responsible with a good ability to handle changing situations. You work in a structured and methodical way. It is important to us that you have the patient in focus. We document in the TakeCare journal system.

Requirements:

· Nursing education

· Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Holds a B driver's license

Job Description

The work is scheduled Monday to Friday.

In the role of nurse/district nurse in home care, you will perform tasks that include medical assessments, medication administration, gastrostomy tube care, stoma care, inhalation, injections, vaccinations, and wound care of various degrees.
