About the Position

As a systems engineer in the field of Integrated Logistics Support, you will be responsible for and work with technical and administrative handling of issues related to the operation and maintenance of the Swedish Armed Forces' helicopter systems, primarily helicopter 14. This means that you will participate in monitoring the industry's development of the system, reviewing deliveries, and ensuring that the right conditions are in place for its introduction into the Armed Forces' operations.

You will be part of a knowledge-intensive team where you will collectively use your skills to drive the project to completion. You will work to ensure the execution of procurements, orders, and deliveries within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating conditions for material supply within ILS, writing operational commitments during procurements, and developing and specifying technical publications according to regulations. The role involves close contact with suppliers and the Armed Forces.

The position is located in Stockholm. Travel may occur in the role, both domestically and internationally.

About You

We are looking for someone who is an educated civil or engineering graduate or has other relevant education or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience working in areas related to sustainable maintenance solutions, i.e., ILS or equivalent areas that we assess as comparable. Furthermore, you have basic knowledge in one of the areas of systems engineering, information security, configuration management, or systems safety. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you have experience in aircraft maintenance and working in project form. If you have previous experience in public procurement and knowledge of LOU or LUFS, we see this as a benefit. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience working with international contacts. If you have knowledge of FMV and the Armed Forces' organization, areas of responsibility, and working methods, it is also advantageous. A driver's license (B) is desirable but not a requirement for the position.

Personal qualities are of great importance to us. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences and are looking for someone who has a holistic view, is self-driven, and loyal. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating with others and have the ability to prioritize and organize your work.
