The Department of Regional Development leads and coordinates development initiatives within business, urban planning, and culture. The Department of Regional Development has, within the framework of the regional development responsibility, the task of coordinating the regional skills supply work in Norrbotten. Good access to education at all levels is a designated part of the regional development responsibility and the county's learning centers constitute an important part of the support structures for the adult education system.
 

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to Norrbotten's skills supply. You have relevant education at the university or college level in organizational development or other education/experience deemed equivalent. You have experience in project management and/or process management related to skills supply. Experience working with skills development is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You work both independently and in a team. Communicative ability and self-leadership are important traits to fit the role of project manager. You strive to find solutions, value, and see the benefits of building relationships. You have good administrative skills and find it easy to communicate both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
 

This is what you will work with

Region Norrbotten has been granted project funds to support municipalities in developing their operations at their learning centers, and you will lead the project together with the project's partners. The work is largely outward-facing, and the position includes visiting municipalities and their learning centers to map needs and offer the project's services through dialogue.

Information about the position

We offer a project employment part-time or full-time until 2026-12-31 with start date 2025-04-01 or by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
