Information about the Position

Swedbank's Operation Task Force (OTF) department continues to grow and therefore needs additional employees who want to be part of the journey forward. As an employee within OTF, you will be based at Swedbank's office in Furunäset, Piteå, together with many wonderful colleagues. To ensure you feel secure in your new role, you will initially receive a comprehensive introductory training, and throughout your employment, you will always have a mentor close at hand.

This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank for at least 6 months. There are good opportunities for extension thereafter. Job Responsibilities

You will work with a computer as your primary tool and help the bank combat money laundering. The OTF department works on an assignment basis, which means that tasks may vary depending on the assignment. Customer knowledge is the department's primary task and involves digitally collecting and reviewing information about the bank's customers.

Depending on the assignment, customer contact may occur via email or over the phone.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday during office hours.
