We are looking for a data-driven and creative individual for a parental leave position (until autumn 2026) as a Digital Strategist. You will have strategic responsibility for our external digital communication channels such as the group's websites and social media, and work tactically and operationally to enhance our visibility in external digital channels.
Your Role
As a Digital Strategist, you are responsible for ensuring that the group's external digital channels effectively support our overall communication and brand strategy. You drive the daily work with both campaigns and organic content, focusing on maximizing impact and following current trends. You will be a key player in our external communication team and report directly to the head of external communication.
As a Digital Strategist, you will:
- Be responsible for the technical management of the group's external websites in collaboration with IT and external web agencies. This includes ensuring that the websites are operationally and cyber-secure while being user-friendly for prioritized target groups.
- Be responsible for planning the work with overarching content for the group's social media and external websites based on established messages. Ensure that the content is continuously updated and relevant.
- Be responsible for SEO, data collection, evaluation, and reporting of statistics. Based on KPIs and identified target groups, be responsible for developing improvement proposals.
- Drive the work on the development of our digital platforms, such as implementing new technical features, content, and design to reach prioritized target groups.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a good technical understanding and an interest in new trends and future technical solutions. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are meticulous and responsible for timelines and budgets. You are responsive to needs within the organization and can support the rest of the communication team in transforming strategy and plans into value-creating digital communication.
We also see that you have:
- A degree in communication, computer science, and/or training in project management or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
- Experience working with digital communication and management. The position requires you to understand basic design principles for content creation using digital platforms and design tools.
- Knowledge and experience with various analytics tools and SEO principles to implement search tactics in the development of web content.
- Experience working with agencies/external suppliers (procurement, project descriptions, budget, and delivery).
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Since technical competence can deepen the understanding of both project complexity and digital communication opportunities, it is advantageous if you have experience in areas such as programming and data communication.
