Bodens Energi is looking for a Business Developer
Bodens Energi is an energy group where district heating, electricity trading, electricity production, and administration are conducted under the parent company Bodens Energi AB. The wholly-owned subsidiary Bodens Energi Nät AB is responsible for the electricity network's 17,000 customers as well as some contracting activities in the municipality. This means that we work for all residents of Boden and with the entire city. Job Responsibilities
As a Business Developer, your overall task will be to create good business relationships and develop the fuel assortment together with the Fuel Manager.
You will work with new and existing fuel customers to find and develop logistics solutions focused on high efficiency, low climate impact, and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for the operational purchasing activities regarding fuels and by-products aimed at international and Swedish customers and partners, within the private and public sectors. The role also includes strategic development of customer relationships and waste portfolios, including the development of new markets in Europe, aiming to balance delivery reliability, climate emissions, and competitiveness. You will be responsible for fuel and business follow-up.
You will participate in industry forums, collaborative projects, planning, and follow-up of fuel deliveries.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in technology/economics/business development. You have experience working in international contexts with negotiation experience in both Swedish and English. Experience in logistics and transportation by both sea and land is an advantage.
If you have experience from any of the industries of forestry, sawmills, waste, or energy, it is an advantage. You have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are positive, with the ability to set goals and direction for tasks, and you have a proactive approach focusing on the strategic and long-term aspects when doing business. You are committed and responsible, working for a good deal for both parties.
To succeed in the role, you should be a skilled negotiator and communicator with a good ability to develop long-term relationships both internally and externally. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and your ability to develop and collaborate with other employees.
