We are now looking for someone who wants to work extra alongside their studies at the company's headquarters located in Nordkalotten, Luleå. As a HR Administrator, you play an important role in the company's delivery department. Everything you do is about delivering a high level of service. You will be part of a results-oriented team driven by simplicity and engagement in their daily work. You will become part of a cheerful group of colleagues who value a positive work environment!

You will join the team for our substitute assignments for Luleå and Boden municipalities. Your tasks will include:

Scheduling consultants
Phone and email contact with consultants and clients
Selection, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checking. In the long run, you may also conduct your own interviews.

Working hours are Monday to Friday during the day. As our workload is very variable, the need for your assistance may vary greatly from week to week, but we would like you to be available for work two to three half-days a week. The schedule is set weekly based on the expected workload for the following week and the possibilities based on your study schedule. Working hours are scheduled between 06:00-18:00.

For the right person, there are great opportunities to take on increased responsibility for our recruitment processes, so we are looking for someone with a strong interest in recruitment who is seeking a long-term position.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has a couple of years left in their studies. You are structured and meticulous in your work. You enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to work at a fast pace. You are good at quickly understanding different tasks and are a skilled computer user. You express yourself well in both speech and writing and are fluent in Swedish and English.
