Do you want to be part of shaping the future HSL organization in Växjö, where quality and operational development are in focus? We are now looking for a driven and committed group manager for our Mobile Team in Växjö, consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
As a group manager, you will play a key role in building a completely new organization together with your team and the operations manager. The organization will include mobile teams for nurses and rehabilitation as well as staffing nurses – an initiative that combines flexibility, innovation, and high-quality care.
Job Description
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and lead the team in daily operations. By being a role model for your employees and showing strong commitment, you contribute to creating a positive and inspiring work environment every day.
In your role, your time is divided so that you work 30% as a group manager and 70% in daily operations as a nurse. You will work during the day, evenings, and weekends, thus playing an important role in both leadership and operational activities.
The role of the group manager involves ensuring close and supportive leadership. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and play a central role in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Attendo Way. Through a coaching and inclusive leadership style, you create a culture characterized by learning and development, especially in areas such as digital tools, processes, and work methods.
As a group manager, you are present in daily life and contribute by supporting your employees, answering questions, leading the work, providing feedback, and acknowledging their efforts. You collaborate closely with several group manager colleagues, where you share experiences and support each other in creating a successful work environment.
You report directly to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence operations through your participation in the local management team.

Experience working with target groups such as SÄBO and LSS, as well as previous leadership experience, is advantageous for this role.
