About the role:

Kinda Municipality's Cultural School is now seeking a creative and dedicated dance teacher to join our engaged team. We want to offer our students a variety of dance styles and experiences that strengthen their self-esteem and artistic expression. The position is part-time (approximately 20%) starting in August 2025, with the potential for a permanent position after a six-month probationary period.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting dance lessons for students of various ages and experience levels.
• Introducing our students to several dance styles, such as jazz and hip-hop.
• Actively participating in the planning and execution of performances and showcases that engage and inspire both participants and audiences.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to create an inclusive and safe learning environment where every student can develop at their own level.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• You have a broad knowledge of dance and a passionate interest in pedagogy and developing your students.
• Previous experience teaching children and youth in various dance styles is an advantage.
• Your ability to inspire and motivate students is one of your greatest assets.
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals.
• With your creativity and energy, you create a positive and inspiring learning environment.
